- Who we are.
I am Javier Campillo Artero, corporate tax code (CIF) 35077401D. I am a craftsman-jeweller and I work as a freelance under the brand REVI KÄMLØ, creating design jewellery in my workshop-studio in Calafell Beach (Alorda Park estate O4, Postal Code 43820 in the Baix Penedés region, Tarragona). - How to order.
To order, you have to place the mouse on the Jewel:
. In case of available jewel (in stock), or jewel to be manufactured, it has to be taken into account that each piece is hand-made and therefore a margin of 5/7 days of the delivering time shall be permitted. The reason of this margin of days may be the handcrafted manufacturing and the possible difficulty depending on the piece. (I appreciate your understanding).
. We aim to deliver the products within 7/10 working days national area, 10/15 days European Union. For the rest of the world, delivering time may have to be agreed depending on the country and continent. Express deliveries shall be agreed previously via firstname.lastname@example.org.
. Postal service or courier will deliver ordered goods.
. Up-to-date information on the progress of the order. When clicking on the picture, there will appear a detailed description of the piece and you may add the article to the shopping chart. If the article chosen is a ring, the size has to be selected too (a size chart will appear next to the piece).
Once the article is added to the shopping chart, a form will appear to be filled with all your personal and billing data together with a section where you have to choose the payment method.
Purchase requests may not be fulfilled unless all the personal data of the REVI KÄMLØ forms are completed.
In accordance with current legislation in the Spanish territory (Organic Law 15/1999 13th December and Law 34/2002 11th July of Information and Electronic Commerce Services), we guarantee your privacy and under any concept your personal data may be transferred to third persons or companies.
All prices listed in the website www.revikamlo.com include VAT. However, these prices do not include delivery costs, which are detailed separately in the shipping list. The customer accepts the payment of the delivery costs.
Once effected the purchase and in the briefest possible term, always before 24 hours from the execution of the purchase, a confirming voucher will be sent via e-mail by REVI KÄMLØ and the process will be activated, so that your Jewel arrives to its destination.
. If the customer disagrees with the data specified in the confirmation voucher, it may be modified or cancelled.
. If there is no price or there is not shopping chart in the website, it is due to the fact that the chosen Jewel was made only by special order or it is a unique piece which may not be available at the moment. In case the customer is interested in a similar order, I am at your disposal. The same applies to wedding bands. There is no shopping chart for the wedding rings, as they are tailor-made designed. Price may be adjusted if the customer facilitates information such as finger sizes, the desired bandwidth or the expected design idea.

3. Payment options
Currently there are two different options to pay:
– Bank Transfer: just place your order, and specify that you would like to pay with Bank Transfer. Once this is completed, we will contact you in order to give you the details to which you should transfer the payment.
–Pay on Delivery, without any additional charge, only available for National orders.
Via Bank transfer
If this is the chosen payment option, once all the data are confirmed, it is necessary to follow the attached instructions so that the payment is safely fulfilled.
The bank transfer shall be made within the 7 following days after the order to the following bank account:

To improve and to assure the transferences received from the foreigner, you must facilitate the issuer the codes BIC and IBAN.
It is very important that when the transfer is made, name and surnames have to be indicated. After we have confirmation that our bank has received the customer’s bank transfer, we will process your order. The delivery term starts from the date of confirmation.
The banker’s order must be made in Euros with all commissions to be paid by the purchaser.
4. Shipping conditions
VAT is included in the jewel’s price. Delivery territory charges (certified post) are not included. Delivery charges are detailed in the list below. For shipments outside the peninsula, please check costs. The usual time for the order dispatch is 7/10 working days, since the date of the order.
In case REVI KÄMLØ has any problem to deliver the order within the supposed time limit, we would contact the customer immediately.
Any deliver sent via certified mail will be tracked.

5. Refunds and changes
There are no returns and there are only changes if the Jewel is one of those usually available.
REVI KÄMLØ allows returns and changes, if, and only if, the piece is in perfect conditions, in the following cases:
- If after receiving the order, the customer wants to return a piece (or more than one), please contact us as soon as possible detailing name and voucher number.
Once received the order, REVI KÄMLØ will inform of the final decision within the time of 7 working days. (Section 44 of Law 7/1996 15th January on retail commerce modified by the Law 47/2002 19th December).
The customer will have to contact REVI KÄMLØ and inform about the return either sending an e-mail to email@example.com or contacting to the following telephone number: + 34 647439362.
The customer will be responsible both for returning the item through a courier company and for paying the shipping costs. Important: packages shipped freight collect will not be accepted.
The item has to be returned in perfect conditions and it must also be in the original pouch and box provided.
Once your return is received and inspected, REVI KÄMLØ will refund the item via bank transfer excluding any delivery charges, only if the previous item payment has been received.
- Exclusive orders will not be changed. Any defective item or if the Jewel has suffered any damage only and exclusively from the origin before being delivered, will be returned by the customer and a change and shipping will be done under the responsibility of REVI KÄMLØ.
Any damage suffered during the delivering process or due to customer’s inappropriate handling will not be under the responsibility of REVI KÄMLØ.
Evidence is needed in case of any incidence or damage in the piece. It is necessary to send a picture (or more than one) of the piece so that the fact may be evaluated. In case REVI KÄMLØ considers the piece is different to the one that was delivered, such refund will not take place. By contrast, if REVI KÄMLØ admits the evidence, the brand accepts the responsibility and will make the proper refund.
At all events, changes have to me made within the time of 30 days after having received the item. It has to be returned with the original packaging and bill and the product has to be in perfect conditions.
- In case the product is damaged from the origin:
In the event that the customer finds any problem in the piece when receiving the product (defects or damages), it is necessary to contact us through a Contact Form detailing the facts. This form has to be sent within the time of 24 hours after receiving the product. Any refund will be admitted if the form is sent after the 24 hours period. We inform you that all products are carefully packed to avoid these situations.
If the price of the new product is higher to the original one, the customer must cover the difference. Shipping cost of the returned product is under the customer responsibility. Shipping costs of the new product are under REVI KÄMLØ responsibility.
